Hi! my name is Camillo, your tour guide for Chianti Classico and the great Tuscan Wines.
My interest in wine was triggered many years ago when I helped my Uncle Vinicio to harvest the grapes in his vineyard on the hills of the Chianti Classico. I have to thank him for the love and passion that he instilled in me for this wonderful product.
I also started working in the restaurant trade in Tuscany in and around the town of Pistoia as I am also a great fan of the traditional Tuscan cuisine. In 2002 I started running my own wine shop - the Bodega Caffè here in my hometown - dealing with some of the most prestigious vineyards in the area such as Antinori, Fonterutoli, Castello di Ama, Guado al Tasso, Castello di Verrazzano, etc..
The thing I love most besides wine is the opportunity to meet new people from all over the world and let them try these fantastic products that this bountiful land offers. A tour in Tuscany does not only mean good food and wine but also poetry, romantic landscapes, history, aromas that take you back in time, and an unforgettable holiday in an amazing land.
